Guest biloholiker Posted July 12, 2005 Share Posted July 12, 2005 Hei, har en 90 modell sl300-24.Problemet mitt er at cab kjører ikke, den eneste funksjonen som virker er å kjøre den i lås. El vidu på venstre dør virker heller ikke, jeg er rimelig sikker på at problemet ligger i en boks med mange releèr i. Boksen ligger under baksetet på høyre side. Kan noen gi meg et tips om feilsøking, og gjerne link til el-skjema for denne boksen.Jeg trenger også komponenter til dette etterhvert, noen som vet hvor? Guest MBSL Posted July 12, 2005 Share Posted July 12, 2005 Kan du forklare litt mer hva som er galt.Er cabben oppe nå, vil den ikke ned?Løsner den fra låsene i fronten?Hvis den er oppe og du forsøker å kjøre ned, går sidevinduene ned?Fungerer veltebøylen?Starter hydraulikk pumpen, og sviver den hele tiden når du betjener cab bryteren?Nevnte boks N52 med tre pluggerkoblinger som finnes i høyre side under baksetet, er det ikke skjema på. Men det er mange andre brytere etc som kan hindre cab funksjon. Beskriv problemet litt mer detaljert, så skal jeg se hva jeg kan hoste opp av skjema og feilsøkings prosedyrer. Mailadresse først rune.malvik@netcom.no Hvis cab er på og låst skjer ingenting når jeg ber om kjøring, bøylen kan kjøres og pumpen går.Når jeg løsner cab manuellt må jeg brette den sammen og legge den ned, pumpen går, bøylen går også hvis den står i mellom opp eller ned -da går bøylen på cabknappen, den virker som den skal på bøyleknappen-Luken til cabcompartment må også åpnes manuellt.Når jeg har lagt på cab igjen kan jeg trekke den i lås med hydraulikken, samme med hardtop, jeg kan trekke den i lås.Mens cab er på kan jeg se at platen til cabcompartment trekkes ned ved trykk på cabknapp.Når jeg setter på tenninga gir bilen fra seg en ly og det bliinker en gank i knappen til cabstyring, samme lyd som kommer når man kjører med den uten at den har gått i lås.Vinduet på førerdøren lever sitt eget liv, det virker av og til.For en stund siden hadde pumpen startet mens bilen sto parkert, uten at det var noen grunn til det, resulterte i flatt batteri så jeg har tatt ut sikringen til pumpen nå. Ganske sikker på at det er en elektronikkfeil.Fant muselort i bilen så jeg strippa den fullstendig for interiør, da jeg tenkte kabelbrudd grunnet kvalitetsbevisst mus, men dengang ei. Guest MBSL Posted July 12, 2005 Share Posted July 12, 2005 Når jeg setter på tenninga gir bilen fra seg en ly og det bliinker en gank i knappen til cabstyring, samme lyd som kommer når man kjører med den uten at den har gått i lås.Ut i fra det du skriver i denne setningen vil jeg anta at det er en av giverne/bryterne som forteller cab styringen hvor den er. Spesielt utsatt er bryterne bak ved låsene. Disse er vanskelige å justere, men jeg sender deg beskrivelse pr mail. Når det gjelder styreboksen under baksetet finnes det som sagt ikke detaljtegninger på denne. Du kan kjøre innom verksted å få lest av eventuelle feilkoder vedrørende cabben. Da vil det bli enklere å finne/rette feilen. Det skal faktisk ikke mer til enn at ABS enheten feiler (signal) så vil du ikke kunne kjøre cabben. Sender over noen dokumenter vedrørende feilsøking og justering av brytere pr mail. Du får komme med tilbakemelding når du har fått testet litt.
